Are
New Horizons
Community Service Board is a non-profit
organization providing mental health,
developmental disability and addictive
diseases services to citizens in Harris,
Talbot, Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Stewart,
Randolph, Quitman and Clay counties. New
Horizons is accredited by the Commission on
Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

New Horizons
Community Service Board provides ongoing,
accessible and affordable services with
experienced and trained staff to persons with
mental health needs, developmental disabilities
and addictive diseases. The primary goal of the organization is to promote well-being, independence and recovery for the individuals served.
