New Horizons Community Services Board (CSB) is a nonprofit organization that provides services to those with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. Comprehensive services are offered to our consumers, from healthcare and pharmacology to addressing the needs of disabled individuals who cannot care for themselves. We primarily serve eight counties in Western Georgia with an aggregate population of over 325,000. With more than 7,000 consumers, and 500 employees providing services in 100 locations, the impact of New Horizons’ as a provider is wide spread and significant among those in need and the communities in which it serves.

The New Horizons Community Service Board is a public safety net provider of community-based behavioral healthcare, offering a full range of mental health services, substance abuse treatment and developmental disabilities programs. Our staff of physicians, nurses, clinicians and support personnel is dedicated to helping our consumers and their families recover from these debilitating disabilities and resume productive lives. We envision a community in which disabilities no longer limit potential.
