The New Horizons Community Service Board is made up of individuals nominated and confirmed by the County they represent.  Each County that is served by New Horizons has one representative on the Board and an additional member for every 50,000 people in that County.  The New Horizons Community Service Board is tasked with providing accessable, quality care for those who struggle with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or addictive diseases.
