New Horizons Community Service Board
Adult Mental Health Outpatient Service

Adult Mental Health Outpatient Service at New Horizons is dedicated to helping consumers through age appropriate, culturally sensitive education, treatment and habilitation that respect dignity and individuality. Success is attained through quick response and efficiency in meeting the needs of consumers and their families and through the participation of consumers and families in planning and carrying out individual treatment plans.
